This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions (the \"Terms\") on which our service provider and Silicon Valley Bank will provide and you may use the Service and forms as part of a legally binding agreement between you and Silicon Valley Bank. You understand that in order to complete fund transfers, it is necessary for Silicon Valley Bank and our service provider to access the websites and databases of your bank and other institutions where you hold Accounts, as designated by you and on your behalf, to retrieve information and effect the fund transfers you request. By using the Service, you represent and warrant to us that you have the right to authorize and permit us to access your Accounts to effect such funds transfers or for any other purpose authorized by this Agreement, and you assure us that by disclosing and authorizing us to use such information you are not violating any third party rights. You warrant and represent that the information you are providing us with is true, current, correct and complete. You hereby authorize and permit Silicon Valley Bank and our service provider to use information submitted by you to accomplish these purposes and to configure the Service to be compatible with the Accounts.
You may terminate your account with Funds Transfer at any time by clicking on 'unsubscribe' from the Edit Profile page or by sending us an e-mail at csprivbank@svb.com or, if you prefer, by sending a registered or certified letter to Silicon Valley Bank at 3003 Tasman Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054. Once your account with Silicon Valley Bank has terminated for any reason, you will have no further right or access to use the Funds Transfer Service, and Silicon Valley Bank will not access your Accounts thereafter for any reason.

You are granted a limited license to install and use these Apps solely for the purpose of legitimately accessing this Online Banking Channel as provided and for the benefit of Your and Your business. You may not nor may You attempt to (1) use the Apps for purposes other than those for which they are provided; (2) decompile, deconstruct, hack, or use other means to reverse- engineer or circumvent the underlying technology, source code, or protocols of the Apps; (3) redistribute, resell, republish, create derivative works from, or otherwise provide or transfer the Apps to third parties;
