Hello,I have a 120V 30 amp Ryobi walk-behind blower and I have been trying to determine if its batteries are bad and the charger is bad. The RED light flashes intermittently when the charger is plugged in and unplugged. I have taken the blower apart and changed the battery. When I plug the charger into the wall, the RED light comes on. If I plug a battery into the charger, the charger flashes green 6 times, then red, green, red, then the charger goes out. The light will not come back on unless I unplug for several minutes and plug it back in.
The charger has been used regularly for about two years. If the batteries are bad, should I buy new batteries and replace them? If the charger is bad, should I attempt to repair it or should I just buy a new charger?
Hello,I have been looking for information on the possibility of a bad charger or bad batteries in my Ryobi 18v blender/vacuum cleaner. When I plug in the charger, the RED LED flashes when I plug it into the wall and when I plug in a battery the LED flashes 5 times and then it turns off. The vacuum is not able to run at all. The vac has been used for about 6 months and I thought it would last much longer. This problem hasn't been happening for the last few months but I would like to know if this is because of a faulty vac or a faulty charger. d2c66b5586
